I am writing you to let you know how well your company was represented today. Your dispatch sent two techs to our home to investigate our HVAC problem. I was impressed with their knowledge and relaxed manor. They quickly determined the issues and presented me with the options. They did not try to rush me or rush through the service call. This time of year, I know you are in high demand. I had just paid our annual maintenance contract with our current service company. We have been using them for a number of years. Our downstairs HVAC system started acting up Saturday evening. Back in February the tech added 2 pounds of Freon to the downstairs unit and said I needed a $450.00 leak check, and he would have the office call and schedule it. They did not. That was the 2nd time they failed to follow up within the last 2 years. Then on the current service call, the tech told me my compressor was most likely bad, “it had open windings”, and it needed to be replaced. He might be able to get it to work briefly, but that would be wasting money. The ball park price for installing another compressor would be around $1800. He would have the office contact me with the actual price. Two days later, and we had not heard from them. Meantime, we had no HVAC downstairs. I decided to call another service provider. An internet search brought your listing up. That and your current TV ad campaign made me decide to give your company a try. Your techs were able to identify the problem as a defective start capacitor and a weak run capacitor. Your techs made a great first impression for your company. I feel they went above and beyond what they had to do. After the compressor started running the pressures were all in the normal ranges which indicates that if I have a leak it is most likely very small. I have decided to go with your company as our HVAC service provider. It will be up to the future techs that your dispatch sends to keep my business. If they are as nice and helpful as those today were, then I’m sure we will do fine together.

Friendly service, very response and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. They came out at 9pm on a Sunday night to fix A/C unit, was much needed help with a 8 and a half month pregnant wife at home.

I had purchased a Service Contract through HEP and I called for a A/C Service. When the technician arrived, he explained his process and what to expect of the service. Once the service was completed, I was informed on the status of my A/C Unit with no intentional try to upsell. No Pressure, just friendly service.

The service we received from the technicians who installed our new heating and air unit was exceptional. Tommy F. And John S. Went above and beyond to make sure that our every need was meet. The very experienced and professional techs made sure that we were extremely statisfied.

The HEP technician was very knowledgeable, troubleshot our unit, found the problem and fixed it ! The technician even worked in the rain plus he was right on time. I would recommend HEP to my friends and family. Excellent service.

Jacob Newman came out preformed a annual turn up on my hvac system was prompt and very professional

Jacob Newman was able to fix a problem that I had with my HVAC fan. I was expecting to have to replace the fan motor but it turned out that the system schematic sheet had come loose and been sucked into the fan. This created a loud sound that sounded like the fan was going out. However, pulling the sheet from the fan fixed the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks Jacob.

We had a 2.5-ton 80/20 split unit installed today just after ordering it last night with help from Jacob Newman. Sebastian, Tristan, and a helper who came with them were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They explained everything that they were going to be doing during the installation. You could tell that had done this kind of installation enough that they probably could do it in their sleep. I showed them where the access was in the master bedroom closet and I apologized because the access opening was small. They looked and said it was nothing that hadn't seen before. Then each one started on their different task. They had to remove a closet shelf and trim around the access opening for clearance issues once they had taken measurements, (asked if it was okay before they removed anything) and replaced it like new. They all worked like machines when the outside unit was completed they came and helped the other to remove the old split unit and replace the new unit in the attic. They cleaned up any mess in the areas where they worked and looked proud of the work they had accomplished. They double-checked everything to make sure that it worked perfectly. Excellent workers especially as hot as it was in the attic. I want to also give Hep a big thank you for hiring veterans. Being a former Marine hiring veterans is always a big plus for me in any business. I thank you guys a lot.

Brett Nicely was my technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened completely to my issue and showed me what could be done. He explained what my options were in detail so i could make the choice that suits me best. The price quote was very reasonable. The job was completed in a very timely manner and he walked through the process and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions. I am extremely satisfied with this service.
