I know this sounds dramatic, but HEP about saved my life, given that I have severe COPD and am bed bound. My old HVac system died. I mean it is toast. I called them, and the next morning here comes Rob. Within a short while, he had arranged temporary window units so now I can breath! On top of this, the company has made it doable for me to have a new system installed. Work starts tomorrow. It is a good deal in my opinion. Every one I talk to at HEP is delightful.
