Heating and Air Conditioning

We had HEP install our a/c units a few years ago and we’re been very happy with the quality and responsiveness of their work. We had an issue with our a/c today and Richard was able to accommodate us in getting a technician out asap. This is exactly what fantastic customer service looks like and we appreciate HEP immensely.

My wife and I had problems with our outdated HVAC system. We did some calling around and settled on HEP. Mr. Lee Swann came out the same day to have a look, as it turned out we were on our last leg with the HVAC system we had. He talked us through our options, Mr. Lee was very professional, and very knowledgeable in what we needed and why it was in our best interest. The next day Mr. Ronnie Trout and Mr. Jeremey Hidden were on station. As individuals and as a team they were outstanding, recommendations were made based on years of experience. Attention to detail at every step was outstanding. This was exactly what my wife and I expected as two retired US Army noncommissioned officers. They did not disappoint in any way. We would highly recommend for any future projects. Thanks for al the professionalism.

Donald Chino and Charlie did a fantastic job installing my unit. They were quick kind courteous and very professional and I will definitely be using hep in the future if the need arises

Richard W. came out to fix our emergency heat as we head into winter - he was friendly, offered some great opinions and options based on the age of the unit, and got things working in a flash.

Jacob Newman was on time and professional. He was able to answer our questions and if he needed to, he called tech support for additional help and information. He also made it a point that if we need them again for our heating unit, that we are a priority.

Ronald and Aavi were on top of it from the moment they texted me they were on their way to the final cleanup and closing. They wasted no time getting busy and had the old system removed and the new one installed before I knew it. Michael, with QA/Safety, dropped by to make sure everything was going good and safe. Very professional, exceptional communication, and the finishing touch to the outside unit was above and beyond expectation. Kudo to Chase for quoting me a system that was almost half the price of another Knoxville company. It is a great day when HEP is on the way!

HEP won the low bid on a series of HVAC installs. One of which was in the house that I rent. Having been the low bid, I was expecting HEP to be cutting corners at every opportunity. But to my surprise, they worked on the install as if they were working on their own homes. Careful attention was made to detail and no corners cut. I was pleasantly surprised. I had recently sold a Condo in Louisiana before moving to Tennessee. It had a cheap HVAC system. So I know what one looks like. The system the HEP installers installed here was not one. A lot of time was taken to install it correctly. Jeremy, Ronnie and Aavi were expert installers. I highly recommend HEP for an HVAC system. You'll get a competitive price for a system expertly installed.

Chase and Matt and the office staff the installation crew were great at replacing old HAAC system! Professional and quick. Best company I've dealt with. Patrick showed up on time and was very professional.

Travis and manager Jeremy came out to work on an ongoing complicated issue since install. They were very professional and have been working hard to resolve the issue. Just after the first phase they have reinstalled the first mini split system and took extra steps to narrow down the issue. Very happy with the progress so far and feel like the problem will get resolved. They will be returning to resolve the second mini split issue.
