The AC unit in our home was not working and determined to be a bad fan motor. Joshua McCarty was sent to replace the fan motor but discovered that the old motor fused the blades to the unit and they could not be removed. It appeared that we were going to have to buy new fan blades on top of the recent fan motor we had just purchased. Joshua took the fan unit home that night and was able to free the blades (all on his own time). He returned the next morning, installed the new motor, and had the unit running in no time. Thanks Joshua for going the extra mile and saving us the cost of new fan blades!

I contacted Hep when our AC stopped working yesterday they came out first thing today. The tech Chase was awesome, he got us working temporarily and our new unit will be installed tomorrow. Great service!! Happy customer. I was going to post another review today from the installation but, it will only let me edit this one so, here goes. Today they promptly showed at 9:30 am just as I was told. The two gentlemen that were here today names are Travis and Chino. They also were very professional and again we are extremely happy with the product and service we received from hep.

Lee an HVAC repair man came to my house to help me with my ac unit. He was nice, professional and very informative! His demeanor and personality was so inviting, I felt like I had a friend over. He also helped me get some quotes for some other repairs around my house and didn't try to haggle me or sky rocket the cost. I am a female and I was alone so that spoke volumes about the company and the professional I had. He provided me with quotes that were good for 30 days and even finance options that were tailored to my money situation. I highly recommend this man and the company!
