How can I prevent main line clogs in Rogersville?

Preventing main line clogs involves regular maintenance such as professional inspections, not flushing non-biodegradable items down the toilet, avoiding pouring grease down the drain, using drain screens, and being cautious about what goes into your garbage disposal.

What should I do if I suspect a main line blockage?

If you suspect a main line blockage, it's important to stop using water immediately to prevent further damage. Then, contact a professional plumber in Rogersville who specializes in main line issues to diagnose and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What is involved in a main line camera inspection?

This allows the plumber to visually inspect the interior of the pipe for blockages, cracks, root intrusions, and other issues, providing an accurate diagnosis.

Can tree roots cause main line plumbing issues?

Yes, tree roots are a common cause of main line plumbing issues. Roots can infiltrate pipes through small cracks or joints in search of water, eventually causing blockages or even breaking the pipes. Regular maintenance and inspections can help detect and mitigate these issues early.

My experience was wonderful with Amanda, a HEP employee. I had serious plumbing problems (no water at all) on May 24th. She came right away. Stayed until she solved the problem. She would not quit!! She deserves a raise in my opinion. She's an AllStar 5 in my book. Thank you Amanda for staying with it until you figured it out!! Pat King, in Sweetwater, TN

Had to call HEP for an emergency service for a backed up sewage line. Isaac came out ASAP, walked me through possible scenarios so I knew what he was about to do. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. It's nice to see HEP has some solid people working for them! Follow-up: Austin and Kane came out to remove the tree roots stuck in our pipeline, and replaced the existing parts. The works looks great, and everything is running like it's supposed to. Again, I'm impressed with the work the HEP team performs.

Nicholas quickly assessed the problem and created a plan that would correct not just the broken pipe, but would upgrade my system, preventing future problems from worn out parts.
