Juston was the technician showed up at my home today to repair a sewer back up issue. Tim, one of the HEP service attendants, came out to survey our corroded pipes and assess the cost to repair a leak in our laundry room ceiling and upstairs bathroom sink. He was fantastic and one of the best customer service reps that I have ever encountered.
