Lighting Upgrades

Patrick did an excellent job getting the ultra violent light in correctly. He answered all the questions that I had about the light. I would recommend Hep and Patrick for my havoc service every time

Chuck and Rueben were great. Honest and polite and knowledgeable. Will use again. Zach checked out my kitchen light fixtures, got it working and gave me written options on upgrading it at some point. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. 1/27/21

Adam came today to install some new lighting in our kitchen. The previous owners decided to DIY a hideous LED light fixture that had been torturing us with strobe lighting for over a year. We got some new track lights at Lowe’s and called HEP they called us the next day and the day after Adam came out and installed the new fixtures in about two hours. He did a great job and even fixed the orientation of the light switches which are also DIY and backwards. Definitely will use HEP for all our electric needs in the future!

I needed an overhead light for my living room and called HEP to install a wired box to an existing light switch. The tech named Zach did a great job managing the run of line into the attic and down the wall and completed the job in a timely and neat fashion. Would recommend and plan on using again in the future.

Your technician Ric was fantastic. He arrived when he said and wasted no time verifying that there was no damage and going to work installing my new ceiling fan. I am very pleased with his services and kindness. Whenever I need additional work done I will definitely be calling HEP, but I will be requesting Ric. Thanks HEP for sending who I feel was the best person to do the job. I will also be recommending your company to all my family and friends in the future.

I met Rueben from HEP today concerning a tune-up for my water heater. Because of the age of my water heater, 25 years, and the fact it was working perfectly, I decided due to the valve being plastic and a fear of breaking it not to do the tune-up. Rueben agreed and was kind enough give me a quote on replacing the water heater and showed me a product to keep my drain lines clear. Very nice person and very thorough in his explanation of all that HEP could offer us. Great company and great employees. I also had Zac and Adam replace two bathroom switches, as well as, install a LED light fixture in the shower. They also replaced three outside lights that we had been needing replaced for years. Great young men and are valuable asset to your company. I called HEP at 11:00 a.m., and spoke to a very nice young lady concerning a strong odor of methane gas in our laundry room and upstairs bathroom. She said a plumber would be at my house between 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. today. I received a call at 1:15 p.m. saying the plumbers were on their way. They were here by 1:40 p.m. I met two young who both were named Shaun. They were from our first handshake to our goodbye cordial, congenial, and very knowledgeable. Extremely professional young men. The moment they walked into the bathroom with the strong methane odor they knew what was wrong by asking one question. How often do you run that shower? When I told them rarely, they told me exactly what was wrong. The water in the trap for the shower had evaporated from lack of use and that was allowing the sewer gas that is normally blocked by the water in the trap to leak out of the shower drain. After a few flushes of the toilet and some running of water in the shower, my problem was solved. They took the time to clean out the shower drain and they were finished. I bought the Service Plan because of their honesty and their wonderful demeanor. Shaun and Shaun are credits to your company in many ways. I will use your company again in the future because of this visit. Thank you.

I had a great experience with HEP. The dispatcher was professional and patient and the tech showed up right when he said he woulda. Shawn, the electrician assigned to help me with my needs, was very professional, personable, and helpful. Not only did my problem get resolved, Shawn also gave me much insight into avenues to take on my further projects. He advised me of the many services that HEP provides (services that I didn’t know about) and how HEP could assist. I will be using them in the future and I recommend them.

Joshua Butler is the electrician scheduled by HEP. I would definitely ask for him again. He did great work quickly and professionally. My new LED lights are beautiful and my new GFI exterior outlets are up to code. Josh listened to my concerns and provided great service. Above and beyond! I've been impressed with everyone at HEP.

HEP is amazing! We recently had Lee out to service our HVAC. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding! The next day we had Beau out to install a light fixture. His service and swiftness were exceptional! Thank you HEP for your great service!
