During my scheduled maintenance, the technician discovered a gas valve wasn't opening. After ordering the part and waiting for it's arrival, another technician, Anthony was dispatched to our house to replace the valve. Rather than blindly changing the valve he checked it again to be sure it needed replacing and it didn't.
