The tech showed up in the timeframe they promised. Curteous, friendly service. He dug around in his truck to find as many coupons as he could for me. The salesperson showed up shortly after as I needed a new HVAC unit. The install team called the next morning in the timeframe promised to let me know they'd be there shortly. Everything was checked to make sure it was working properly before they left. All trash and mess and old equipment was hauled away. HEP isn't the cheapest in town but I've dealt with the cheapest and prefer to get service I can trust for a little more. All options were explained to me with their recommendations so I felt free to decline their suggestion if I chose.

Had a complete AC system replaced. HEP was fast and professional from start to finish. All questions were answered and work completed right the first time. The technicians ( Richard and Will ) made sure everything was working as it should and fully tested the new system completely before signing off. The old system and all packaging were all removed. We had a new a.c. unit installed. The technicians, Eddie Hawkins and Gene Cross were absolutely amazing. They installed the unit, cleaned all the mess up and made sure everything was properly working as suppose too before they left. Even though we just purchased our house almost a year ago and was not expecting to do any big upgrades right away, unfortantely we had no choice, if we wanted too stay cool this summer. I'm so so so so thankful that we had one of the best ac salesman, Bob come and explain everything too us. He came out, by himself the week before, then on Monday came back too our home with techs too go all thru our home too make sure we made the right decision on which unit we should purchase for the square footage. This company, in my personal opinion is truly the best!!!! You are not just $$$$ too them, they treat you like family and will help you anyway they can. We will definitely be using them in the near future for other upgrades in our home.... Thank you so sooo much!!!!

HEP to the rescue!! We had a very old unit (27 year) had been babying it for a very long time. Well it finally crashed. We checked around for prices and time for installation. When we called HEP it was because of the 0% financing. Rick Louders was the man you came out and gave us the estimate. A very nice man. He actually met up with my husband in a parking lot to finalize the deal. They set up for 2 days later for the installation and were even able to call an get it bumped up a day. That was yesterday...a miserable hot day. The 2 men that came to the house to do the job were George Williams and Bo (sorry didnt catch his last name). They were very friendly and kind. I really felt sorry for them working up in that hot miserable attic. But work they did. Wouldnt even take a bottle a cold water I offered them said they had some. I want to say THANK-YOU SO MUCH! YOU BOTH WORKED SO HARD! MUCH APPRECIATED!

I have just purchased a HVAC system from HEP. I have been considering replacing my system for several years and have had two very reputable companies come out and look at my existing system to give me quotes. I wanted one more company's advice before I made the big decision. Bob and Richard came out. They were an impressive and knowlegeable team. They found things that neither of the other two companies found, explained and clearly showed me the problems, and explained in detail how they would replace my system. Their process seemed far more comprehensive than the others, and I felt confident Bob and Richard knew exactly what they were talking about and what HEP would do and provide. They were first class gentlemen, willing to go the extra mile. This system costs a little more than the others, but I feel confident the service and the equipment I am getting from HEP is well worth it. As a bonus, Carrier is Made in America.
