Roof Replacement

Jason gave me a quote for a new roof, explained my options and the pros of using Hep which was nice. Jason is very personable, professional and represents Hep very well. The roof is done and very happy with the results! Jason has been thorough and honest through the whole process. Will be calling for future jobs. Thank you Jason and HEP!

I wish all customer service was as good as the guys that work in the roofing department at HEP. They were polite, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable of my roof problem, explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done immediately and in the near future. You guys are super!

Jason did an awesome job on my roof. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and was very courteous and well mannered.

HEP was prompt in getting our job estimated and starting work. We had them replace a patio roof and perform some other minor repairs on the roof. They came out on Saturday, and Jason walked through everything, explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. They were exactly in line with existing recommendations from our home inspection, so I had confidence that he was giving his honest opinion and not just trying to upsell. Due to a clerical error, they removed our entire roof by accident, but replaced it at no cost. They immediately notified me when this happened and got it rectified right away. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. After the completion of the work, I notified them of a couple of punch list items and they knocked them out quickly without me having to pester or make a scene like you would with a less reputable contractor. This is the kind of contractor that you keep around. Reliable, easy to contact, responsive, and honest. I am a very independent DIYer, but if I can't do it, my first call will definitely be to HEP. . I recently received service from HEP for two different issues on two different days. Marcus was prompt, and expertly assessed the need for a new water pressure valve. Olin stopped by today to assess my roofing damage from our recent bad weather. His expertise was instrumental in our decision for short term repair, and a plan for future upgrading to our roof. I’m a new member to the HEP service plan, and happy to know they are only a call away should I need anything else for my home repair and maintenance issues!

Lee came out promptly when they promised and perform a thorough inspection and pointed several areas that we needed to watch and gave a great estimate on several repair options.

We (Leroy and Helen Queen, my parents) had our leaky roof replaced by HEP at the end of July 2019.
