Roof Replacement

Tim Lawson and Matt Williams performed a thorough review of the roof at my condo, gave me my options and I chose one. They performed their work that day in a fine manner.

We (Leroy and Helen Queen, my parents) had our leaky roof replaced by HEP at the end of July 2019. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish: from Joshua who recommended HEP for our roofing needs, to Jason our Sales Rep who measured and then inspected the finished work, to Chris in the office who helped us with the financing, to the crew of men that came out and did a marvelous job removing, installing, and then tidying up afterwards. We were mightily impressed; they worked so quickly. We highly recommend giving HEP a call for your roofing needs based on our own experience with them. HEP Roofing .... Jordan Perez was extremely helpful in replacing my roof..He was hands on all through the project ... His crew was amazing and although it was extremely cold and a little breezy, they worked hard and non stopped to get the job completed. The roof looks fantastic. . Jason gave me a quote for a new roof, explained my options and the pros of using Hep which was nice. Jason is very personable, professional and represents Hep very well. Just had Jason Shoupe come out and do and inspection on my roof to see what needed to be done in order for us to sell our home. He was the most helpful guy I believe I have had come out and inspect anything on my house, the company itself sounds great just from the things he said. He didn't talk to me like I was just some guy needing a roof repaired, he talked to me and respected myself and my family and treated all of us as a friend. I wish all customer service was as good as the guys that work in the roofing department at HEP. They were polite, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable of my roof problem, explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done immediately and in the near future. You guys are super!

Todd farmer did a thorough inspection as well as bringing in others to give opinion on this job to bring it up to standard making sure things were done correctly due to someone else's errors. Look forward to completed job. Absolutely awesome job.

HEP was prompt in getting our job estimated and starting work. We had them replace a patio roof and perform some other minor repairs on the roof. They came out on Saturday, and Jason walked through everything, explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. They were exactly in line with existing recommendations from our home inspection, so I had confidence that he was giving his honest opinion and not just trying to upsell. Due to a clerical error, they removed our entire roof by accident, but replaced it at no cost. They immediately notified me when this happened and got it rectified right away. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. After the completion of the work, I notified them of a couple of punch list items and they knocked them out quickly without me having to pester or make a scene like you would with a less reputable contractor. This is the kind of contractor that you keep around. Reliable, easy to contact, responsive, and honest. I am a very independent DIYer, but if I can't do it, my first call will definitely be to HEP. . HEP is by far one of the best companies, of any kind, I've ever dealt with. We've had HEP replace our HVAC system and just signed contracts with them for some major plumbing repair and a new roof. In our experience with HEP, we've found that they do everything, and they do everything really well. Which is great for us because we don't have to waste any time going through the giant pain process of finding contractors and then finding out if we can trust them. With HEP, the whole experience is like working with your brothers and sisters. Everyone we've met has gone out of their way to make us feel like we're part of their family.
