Roof Replacement

HEP was prompt in getting our job estimated and starting work. We had them replace a patio roof and perform some other minor repairs on the roof. They came out on Saturday, and Jason walked through everything, explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. They were exactly in line with existing recommendations from our home inspection, so I had confidence that he was giving his honest opinion and not just trying to upsell. Due to a clerical error, they removed our entire roof by accident, but replaced it at no cost. They immediately notified me when this happened and got it rectified right away. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. After the completion of the work, I notified them of a couple of punch list items and they knocked them out quickly without me having to pester or make a scene like you would with a less reputable contractor. This is the kind of contractor that you keep around. Reliable, easy to contact, responsive, and honest. I am a very independent DIYer, but if I can't do it, my first call will definitely be to HEP. . Olin, Chris & the whole staff of HEP are wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable people. Olin, the Product Specialist who came to our home, was very thorough when he inspected our roof & wrote up our work order/proposal. He patiently answered our questions & explained in great detail the work that needed to be done. My Husband & I feel very valued as this company’s customers! I believe we are getting a great service at a reasonable cost. We are looking forward to getting our roof replaced in the coming week! We have had our Water Heater replaced & a small repair done in the past with HEP. We strongly recommend this great company!!

Lee came out promptly when they promised and perform a thorough inspection and pointed several areas that we needed to watch and gave a great estimate on several repair options.

We (Leroy and Helen Queen, my parents) had our leaky roof replaced by HEP at the end of July 2019. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish: from Joshua who recommended HEP for our roofing needs, to Jason our Sales Rep who measured and then inspected the finished work, to Chris in the office who helped us with the financing, to the crew of men that came out and did a marvelous job removing, installing, and then tidying up afterwards. Jason gave me a quote for a new roof, explained my options and the pros of using Hep which was nice. Jason is very personable, professional and represents Hep very well. I wish all customer service was as good as the guys that work in the roofing department at HEP. They were polite, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable of my roof problem, explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done immediately and in the near future. You guys are super!
