Roof Replacement

Tim Lawson and Matt Williams performed a thorough review of the roof at my condo, gave me my options and I chose one. They performed their work that day in a fine manner.

My air conditioner on my house is 12 years old so a yearly inspection is a must. thanks to mr cole for coming out and making sure my unit was still ok .. he did a great job inspecting and letting me know where i was standing with everything. it is hard to find a company also who is honest ,,does not rip you off and of course does the job the way it should be--RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. thanks so much guys,, you make a difference. i apologize - i cant get the option how to add another review so ill have to continue on this one ,, ,,,, for Mr Travis Colston.. you are a godsend. I am so confident moving forward with putting a new roof on my home. I cannot get over the fact how you guys give more than 100 percent making sure the work is done RIGHT as i said in the earlier paragraph. Your Roof Inspection was outstanding and professional ,, i have never felt better when faced with such a huge responsibility homeowners have -which one thing ,, eventually, is replacing your roof..... HEP has been FANTASTIC with everything else I needed done and i know they will be with this as well... THANK YOU SO MUCH

HEP Roofing .... Jordan Perez was extremely helpful in replacing my roof..He was hands on all through the project ... His crew was amazing and although it was extremely cold and a little breezy, they worked hard and non stopped to get the job completed. The roof looks fantastic. . Frank Elmore and Shane Riedel came to give me an estimate on a roof leak. They took time to answer all my questions and were thorough as they analyzed the issues I had and gave me a fair estimate. The leak was more involved than I realized so I asked for a consultant to come out and give me a quote on an entire roof to compare the cost of repair versus entire roof. I thought it would be another day but they had Travis at my house within half an hour! They even stayed and waited to make the introductions. I decided to go with entire roof but Frank and Shane were great and very helpful!

Just had Jason Shoupe come out and do and inspection on my roof to see what needed to be done in order for us to sell our home. He was the most helpful guy I believe I have had come out and inspect anything on my house, the company itself sounds great just from the things he said. He didn't talk to me like I was just some guy needing a roof repaired, he talked to me and respected myself and my family and treated all of us as a friend. I would recommend Jason and HEP to anyone you will not be disappointed at all. Thanks Jason Shoupe for all your help!!

HEP was prompt in getting our job estimated and starting work. We had them replace a patio roof and perform some other minor repairs on the roof. They came out on Saturday, and Jason walked through everything, explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. They were exactly in line with existing recommendations from our home inspection, so I had confidence that he was giving his honest opinion and not just trying to upsell. Due to a clerical error, they removed our entire roof by accident, but replaced it at no cost. They immediately notified me when this happened and got it rectified right away. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. After the completion of the work, I notified them of a couple of punch list items and they knocked them out quickly without me having to pester or make a scene like you would with a less reputable contractor. This is the kind of contractor that you keep around. Reliable, easy to contact, responsive, and honest. I am a very independent DIYer, but if I can't do it, my first call will definitely be to HEP. . HEP is by far one of the best companies, of any kind, I've ever dealt with. We've had HEP replace our HVAC system and just signed contracts with them for some major plumbing repair and a new roof. In our experience with HEP, we've found that they do everything, and they do everything really well. Which is great for us because we don't have to waste any time going through the giant pain process of finding contractors and then finding out if we can trust them. With HEP, the whole experience is like working with your brothers and sisters. Everyone we've met has gone out of their way to make us feel like we're part of their family. Travis came out this afternoon and gave me a quote on a new roof and financing options. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I reccommend for fast and friendly service. Go VOLS!!
