My heating and air unit completely quit on me the other day. I called HEP as they were the only ones who could come out on a moments notice. Unfortunately I had to get a whole new heating and air system (the writing was on the wall for some time, I was just waiting for the inevitable). I was financed the same day (at 8pm!!) and set up the installation. I was told it would take 6 to 8 hours estimate for the work to be done. The gentlemen that came to install the unit (Javi and Eric(?)) came on time and were very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. They had the old system removed and the new one installed in just a little over 3 hours. I was all around very impressed with the work that was done...from the person that took my phone call the other day, to the technician that came out to diagnose the problem and helped me get financed and the gentlemen that installed the new system. Everyone was personable and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend HEP to anyone that is in need of home service that you can't do yourself.

Eco-Friendly Refrigerants

Modern HVAC replacements utilize refrigerants with reduced global warming potential (GWP). HEP adheres to evolving environmental regulations by installing units pre-charged with eco-conscious blends that preserve the ozone layer and mitigate greenhouse impact.

Evensville Climate Considerations

Local climate data guides every HVAC replacement decision.

Seasonal Temperature Swings

Evensville experiences hot, humid summers reaching the 90s°F and cold snaps that dip near freezing. Reliable system performance across this range requires:

  • Heat exchangers capable of withstanding thermal stress
  • Outdoor coils coated for corrosion resistance in fluctuating humidity
  • Dual-fuel configurations for optimal efficiency in shoulder seasons

Humidity & Air Quality

High humidity levels can promote mold growth and dust mite proliferation. HEP designs replacements to maintain ideal relative humidity between 30% and 50%, using:

  • Variable-speed blowers to maximize moisture removal
  • Whole-home dehumidification add-ons for extreme humidity
  • Properly sized return vents to ensure balanced indoor air circulation

Materials & Components Used

A lasting HVAC installation depends on robust components and meticulous craftsmanship.
