Due to a miscommunication I need to apologize for a negative review I left. Hep didn't call codes, but I imagine that codes inspector is working himself to the bone, and instead of hearing "rough-in inspection" I heard "complaint" and I am so very sorry I was so reactive. It's been over a year since the work was done and we've had zero leaks! Job well done y'all!

They came and looked over the areas in need and started the repair that day. The next day they came back and finished up. Upon finishing I received a walk through and was shown and explained all the repairs. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

Jason Shoupe did my roof inspection this morning. He was on time, professional and took his time to explain his findings. I like that he was able to prioritize how he would fix things so that I wasn’t overwhelmed. He took pictures so that I could see what repairs were needed.

Excellent customer service, always asking questions to make the job right the first. Love the new roof and ac unit. Jake and his crew did an excellent job on the return, duct work, and installing the ac unit. Absolutely satisfied with the results and the time it took. Very attractive to the needs and wants of the customer. Would highly recommend HEP to everyone. Job very well done.

Ruben was excellent when I was having drain issues. He was quick, explained everything throughly, and made sure I knew what my options were. A wonderful experience I just put an offer in on a home and wanted someone to check the place out for me and HEP was there! Not only was every technician that came out friendly, but they made sure I understood everything that was being told to me! They gave me clear and honest opinions about my AC, Roof, and electrical. They told me what was wrong, how to fix it, an approximate on how much it would be and even advice to make sure I get the most out of my repair life. I'm a first time home buyer and they made me feel confident enough about the condition of my home to be able to make a sound decision on it. I'll recommend them to everyone I know!

I was lucky enough to work with Tiffany, Chase, Eric, Aavi and Glenn. I wa really impressed with the care and attention that was given to my issue. They answered all my questions thoroughly and their measurements matched mine, so I knew they weren't trying to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. They came when they said they would, they called when they were on their way, and kept me abreast of their progress. They checked in with me during the install and sent someone out the next day to inspect the work and make sure it was running well and that I was happy with the work. Additionally, the price they quoted me was much lower than another company that we had used earlier. The day after the install, Glenn came by and did a thorough QC inspection. He explained what he was looking for and showed me what he found so that I was in the loop. Every single person ive spoken with has been extremely punctual, kind, thorough, and patient in answering my million questions, for which I'm very grateful. A+ job; I'll be calling you guys next time I need an inspection or repair.

Called late yesterday evening. They sent out a roofer today about 11. I thank you all for the quick response and professional repair.

Rueben came out to check the plumbing and flush the water heater. He was very personable and knowledgrable. He did a wonderful job informing me on potential issues to look for and did great work. Jason came to check out the roof. He was awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, provide me with some suggestions for my roof and he wasn't pushy at all. Great experience!

The recent cold temperatures resulted in water problem issues. I got online looking for plumbers. I chose HEP because of their good reviews. The technicians arrived promptly and gave me an estimate quickly. I thought it was a very reasonable price. Colby Puckett and Chandler installed a new (PRV) pressure release valve. They had our water back on in less than an hour. I'm so thankful for the professional polite techs giving me my water back and I don't have to keep buying jugs of water anymore. HEP will be my go to company for any plumbing, electrical, roofing etc. issues in the future. It's nice to know that this company can repair so many different things. Thank you guys so much.
