Chris did a great job! He came out in the middle of a rain storm and after hours to do the inspection on my unit. He made sure I understood what he did and why he did it. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain it to me. The whole process with HEP has been great!

We have used HEP in the past for plumbing and also some roof issues. Because of this, they offered us a free roof inspection. The tech (Tim Lawson) that came out was on time (actually a little earlier than expected), was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the repairs that we will be needing to our roof, offered affordable pricing and was very professional. We (Leroy and Helen Queen, my parents) had our leaky roof replaced by HEP at the end of July 2019. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish: from Joshua who recommended HEP for our roofing needs, to Jason our Sales Rep who measured and then inspected the finished work, to Chris in the office who helped us with the financing, to the crew of men that came out and did a marvelous job removing, installing, and then tidying up afterwards. We were mightily impressed; they worked so quickly. We highly recommend giving HEP a call for your roofing needs based on our own experience with them. Jason Shoop came out to look at a roof leak. He did a very thorough inside, and outside inspection, including pictures. He showed me the problem, and discussed the solutions available. He was very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service, always asking questions to make the job right the first. Love the new roof and ac unit. Jake and his crew did an excellent job on the return, duct work, and installing the ac unit. Absolutely satisfied with the results and the time it took. The recent cold temperatures resulted in water problem issues. I got online looking for plumbers. I chose HEP because of their good reviews. The technicians arrived promptly and gave me an estimate quickly. I thought it was a very reasonable price. Colby Puckett and Chandler installed a new (PRV) pressure release valve. They had our water back on in less than an hour. I'm so thankful for the professional polite techs giving me my water back and I don't have to keep buying jugs of water anymore. HEP will be my go to company for any plumbing, electrical, roofing etc. issues in the future. It's nice to know that this company can repair so many different things. Thank you guys so much.

HEP was prompt in getting our job estimated and starting work. We had them replace a patio roof and perform some other minor repairs on the roof. They came out on Saturday, and Jason walked through everything, explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. They were exactly in line with existing recommendations from our home inspection, so I had confidence that he was giving his honest opinion and not just trying to upsell. Due to a clerical error, they removed our entire roof by accident, but replaced it at no cost. They immediately notified me when this happened and got it rectified right away. They were honest and transparent through the whole process. After the completion of the work, I notified them of a couple of punch list items and they knocked them out quickly without me having to pester or make a scene like you would with a less reputable contractor. This is the kind of contractor that you keep around. Reliable, easy to contact, responsive, and honest. I am a very independent DIYer, but if I can't do it, my first call will definitely be to HEP. . Due to a miscommunication I need to apologize for a negative review I left. Hep didn't call codes, but I imagine that codes inspector is working himself to the bone, and instead of hearing "rough-in inspection" I heard "complaint" and I am so very sorry I was so reactive. It's been over a year since the work was done and we've had zero leaks! Job well done y'all!
