Roof Inspections

Christian Jordan came out to inspect our roof. He was very friendly and described all of the options available.

I recently received service from HEP for two different issues on two different days. Marcus was prompt, and expertly assessed the need for a new water pressure valve. Olin stopped by today to assess my roofing damage from our recent bad weather. His expertise was instrumental in our decision for short term repair, and a plan for future upgrading to our roof. I’m a new member to the HEP service plan, and happy to know they are only a call away should I need anything else for my home repair and maintenance issues!

Jason Shoupe did my roof inspection this morning. He was on time, professional and took his time to explain his findings. I like that he was able to prioritize how he would fix things so that I wasn’t overwhelmed. He took pictures so that I could see what repairs were needed.

Lee came out promptly when they promised and perform a thorough inspection and pointed several areas that we needed to watch and gave a great estimate on several repair options.

Jason gave me a quote for a new roof, explained my options and the pros of using Hep which was nice. Jason is very personable, professional and represents Hep very well. The roof is done and very happy with the results! Jason has been thorough and honest through the whole process. Will be calling for future jobs. Thank you Jason and HEP!

Ruben was excellent when I was having drain issues. He was quick, explained everything throughly, and made sure I knew what my options were. A wonderful experience I just put an offer in on a home and wanted someone to check the place out for me and HEP was there! Not only was every technician that came out friendly, but they made sure I understood everything that was being told to me! They gave me clear and honest opinions about my AC, Roof, and electrical. They told me what was wrong, how to fix it, an approximate on how much it would be and even advice to make sure I get the most out of my repair life. I'm a first time home buyer and they made me feel confident enough about the condition of my home to be able to make a sound decision on it. I'll recommend them to everyone I know!

I was lucky enough to work with Tiffany, Chase, Eric, Aavi and Glenn. I wa really impressed with the care and attention that was given to my issue. They answered all my questions thoroughly and their measurements matched mine, so I knew they weren't trying to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. They came when they said they would, they called when they were on their way, and kept me abreast of their progress. They checked in with me during the install and sent someone out the next day to inspect the work and make sure it was running well and that I was happy with the work. Additionally, the price they quoted me was much lower than another company that we had used earlier. The day after the install, Glenn came by and did a thorough QC inspection. He explained what he was looking for and showed me what he found so that I was in the loop. Every single person ive spoken with has been extremely punctual, kind, thorough, and patient in answering my million questions, for which I'm very grateful. A+ job; I'll be calling you guys next time I need an inspection or repair.

Rueben came out to check the plumbing and flush the water heater. He was very personable and knowledgrable. He did a wonderful job informing me on potential issues to look for and did great work. Jason came to check out the roof. He was awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, provide me with some suggestions for my roof and he wasn't pushy at all. Great experience!
