Roof Inspections

Frank Elmore and Shane Riedel came to give me an estimate on a roof leak. They took time to answer all my questions and were thorough as they analyzed the issues I had and gave me a fair estimate. The leak was more involved than I realized so I asked for a consultant to come out and give me a quote on an entire roof to compare the cost of repair versus entire roof. I thought it would be another day but they had Travis at my house within half an hour! They even stayed and waited to make the introductions. I decided to go with entire roof but Frank and Shane were great and very helpful!

Travis came out this afternoon and gave me a quote on a new roof and financing options. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I reccommend for fast and friendly service. Go VOLS!!

Jason inspected our roof. He went out of his way to address a couple of issues we had and informed us of the cost to repair the ones remaining. Very pleased with his service!

Tommy Fitzgerald and Jason Tew performed a roof inspection at my house. They were on time, courteous, friendly and respectful. More importantly they took pictures of my roof and explained each slide to me. I so appreciate their time!

We called Hep for a leaking roof. They were quick to respond and when they came out took photos to show us what needed to be done. The mgr. who had come out to evaluate the job came back to ensure everything he told us was to be done would be done. He checked out the job and we felt secure knowing everything was checked on to have been done correctly and what wasn't was redone right. Would definately reccommend Hep for roof work.

I had a roof inspection today with HEP and I can't recommend this company enough! The representative, Jason, was extremely professional and courteous. After the inspections he walked me through his findings and at NO point did I feel I was being "up sold". We've had a number of projects done to our home recently and after speaking with so many different contractors and getting various quotes on "necessary" work it was refreshing to speak with someone who wasn't trying to take advantage of me. I will definitely be using HEP for future projects and recommend them to anyone doing any work on their home.

Very satisfied with the quote appointment! I was given a text with live updates to the technicians arrival time and a phone call 30 min before arrival. Technician spent an hour going over the whole roof and in the attic to diagnose the leak. He gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it and answered all the questions I had. I look forward to getting the quote by email! Thank you!

We have used HEP in the past for plumbing and also some roof issues. Because of this, they offered us a free roof inspection. The tech (Tim Lawson) that came out was on time (actually a little earlier than expected), was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the repairs that we will be needing to our roof, offered affordable pricing and was very professional. I would recommend this company as they are fair in price and have knowledgeable, friendly , professional employees. Thanks HEP and Tim Lawson.

Charles Clark and Kelli Gottardo came when they said they were coming. They did what they said they would do to fix problems they found with the roof. These two fellows are skilled and efficient. Furthermore, they are very pleasant!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Josh, who came out to do our quality control inspection. My wife and I were very pleased with his thoroughness in making sure that even though everything was running well, he wanted to make sure that everything was up to his exacting standards.
