So we're finishing half of our basement and got ahold of HEP for some advice on tankless water heaters to try and save some space. Less than 24 hours later Kyler was at the house and had an answer for every question and 2 or 3 options for every scenario I ran by him. After about an hour he had us a plan in budget that we could live with. Next business day Robbie was out bright and early and had us taken care of in a matter of hours. Guys are clean, friendly, do neat work, sell a much better product that we replaced and seem to care about what they do. Higher priced compared to a smaller one man operation but I've got piece of mind on what was completed and there's no price tag for that. Appreciate the HEP guys!
