Having used an other electrical repair company in the Knoxville area and not being to pleased. Using HEP was a great experience. The service technician, Zach, went above and beyond. He was on time, he was extremely professional, and gave great customer service. He wins the title of "Mr Electric." 😀 I would highly recommend HEP to anyone based on my experience I witnessed today. Zach and "Apprentice" --- Adam came back today to do some more electrical work that needed to be done. Once again they were on time, very courteous.
