Adam did a great job installing our whole-home surge protector. He was professional and got the job done quickly. It was nice that he wore shoe covers in our house since we have a baby!

We needed some electrical work done Adam Foust was the electrician that HEP sent out to do the job. Very professional and knowledgeable, If or when need any more electrical work done, we will request Adam Foust again.

Shaun came out quickly to our home greeted me in a positive mood very professional- he immediately went to work looking at our garage which is where we had issues; before even finding the problem he had stated what he thought the issue was with our electric ; a few minutes later that was confirmed to be correct! He explained everything each step of the way , he give different estimates for things they can repair in my home, and great financing options, very sociable man and it’s been a pleasure to have someone like that come in your home instead of someone who doesn’t want to speak nor take time to explain anything to you ! I will add the field Manager (?) I believe came by while Shaun was here and asked how he was performing his job and asked if I had questions as well- he was also one of the friendliest people! Can’t recommend enough! Ty gentlemen ; and your bosses need to promote you men or give you a bonus - y’all are the type employees that employers NEED TO APPRECIATE!!!!!

Josh Butler is the best electrician I have ever worked with. Not only is he knowledgeable and thorough, he is friendly and customer service oriented. He answers questions so anyone can understand and explains everything as well! A+++++ Will always request Josh! Thank You!

Electrician Shawn Garmany was wonderful, fixed my problem on the first visit.

We used the company called HEP Inc for some electrical work to be done on a Jacuzzi that we had purchased. The electrician, Josh and the electrician Shawn were some of the two best electricians that we have ever worked with before They completed the task at our house, as if they were doing the task at their own home, very professional very clean and they explained everything that they were doing I would highly recommend using that company, especially if Josh or Shawn are the electricians that come to do the work at your residence or company We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and Neighbor Thanks Jose & Shawn for doing a fantastic job. Adam was kind, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we were safe, prioritizing those fixes in our electric panel. Received loads of information about work done previously, good and bad. I will have him do all my upgrades to electrical from now on.

We’re in process of selling our current home and we got “dinged” on a minor electrical issue during the inspection. Called to try to get someone out, they got me on the schedule very quickly. Adam, the tech, showed up on time, and addressed the issue very quickly. he explained my options to me, before doing any work and provided me a cost. The cost came in under what I was expecting, which is always a good thing. Extremely polite and professional. We are moving to a new home in the area, and we definitely will be using this company for our maintenance needs in the future

Josh an Adam the electrician's was amazing. Their work ethnics are unbelievable. It's hard to find people who does their job an take time to explain everything to the customers. They was very polite with manners. They work really hard on the job to make sure my family was safe. And I can't thank them enough. Josh Butler Was here today at my house, installing fans, GFI’s and hooking up a stove top for me. I can’t say enough about the level of service he makes it look easy! Very efficient waste no time well mattered and doesn’t make a mess
