I worked in HVAC a while ago and he set me right on a couple of my ideas that would have been very wrong moves. I bought top of the line Carrier heat pumps and a very pleased. Also, the installers, Eddie Hawkins and Tim Sexton, and another guy - forget his name) were very sharp and the finish job looks VERY professional! They answered every question, showed me how everything worked, and cleaned up every scrap. They even wore booties to keep from getting leaves in the house - my wife was all about that. Brady came out to look at my water heater that we have had trouble out of.He was very informative on what was wrong with it and took the time to explain and show me the issues and service date is set to get it fixed.Also an update the electrician Rhoe was awesome and the other two gentleman that worked on this job were the plumbers which I did not remember their names.All the staff was awesome and did a great job on 6/3/2019.And to HEP please let the staff know how pleased that my family is with the water heater.

6-24-21 Rueben was on time, very helpful quick to find the issue we had. Had some electrical work done on the house and Ryan did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. 3-10-21. Recently had another specialist come by. Olin took a look at some moisture buildup in the bathrooms in my home, immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a great course of action. He was very helpful and I would be glad to call him again. 10-12-21 Rueben was here to do preventive maintenance on our plumbing and dis a great job. He diagnosed problems that we were not aware of and told us the best ways to fix it. Very good job as always.
