Here was here both days coming backbto install all new plumbing...he's extremely nice professional...knows what he's doing and fast at his job.. The two guys that came out with him were both nice as could be and worked hard too all of them did. I would easily recommend them to everyone. And the company...when there was some mix up in original order made every thing right and are greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!! The company is coming back next week and installing all new plumbing in this Old house...Ed was very nice and professional..he repaired the problem and was nice as could be!!!

I had a leaky shower valve that was causing my KUB bill to skyrocket. I called HEP and they gave me a time frame that someone would come out, Mark showed up and diagnosed the problem and gave a fair estimate. He didn't have the part on hand, so he came back the next day first thing in the morning and got it fixed right away! Worth every penny!
