Our eleven-year-old heating and air conditioning system failed early in the Summer. We called HEP and after some discussion with their advisors we decided to invest in a state-of-the-art HVAC system manufactured by Trane and sold through HEP. It was installed quickly and efficiently and without delay by HEP service men. Part of the attraction was the Warranty offered by HEP which included a three-year-maintenance-and inspection-agreement on all household plumbing and electrical equipment, as well as a full ten-year-parts-and-labor Warranty on the HVAC system itself. Subsequently, we required service on our hot-tub and HEP's response ( from serviceman Richie) was quick, professional, and reasonable. We found him to be courteous and helpful. The problem turned out to be minor and we were only charged accordingly and fairly. We intend to continue to be HEP customers for all of our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs for the foreseeable future.

UPDATE: I bought a new house and Robbie came out to fo a gas line test for me. Great service, as always. Socially distant, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Joshua from HEP came out to do the summer inspection and found an issue the company (listed in the review below) caused by shoddy workmanship. So glad I have now switched everything over to HEP. Will came out at 1:30am to fix my HVAC. I had a bad capacitor and the repair took 15 minutes. This was after Mike, at A1 Finchum told me he'd workedworked 16 hours and it would not be fixed until morning, and oh there were 3 ahead of me. Kicker, I have Multiple Sclerosis and can not tolerate heat. HEP was prompt and a lifesaver. Total cost was under $500. Much appreciated!

HEP installed our Trane unit a couple of years ago and were here yesterday to inspect the system as part of our agreement with them. The technician was very nice, called ahead, arrived on time, put disposable covers over his shoes before entering our home. He did a thorough job with the inspection and gave us hints on the filters we need to be using for most efficient operation. We have used them for electrical problems and for plumbing issues and have always been very satisfied with the work. I like that they answer the phone when you call as opposed to getting a recording. When they give you a range on the time that they will be coming, they always honor it. We first used them for an electrical emergency about three years ago and have had them back several times since and have always been happy with the service.

HEP has been wonderful. I created an electrical problem which when I call HEP they sent out a tech who fixed it and then looked at my heating unit. I have known for sometime that the unit needed to be replaced. Doug was kind enough to evaluate the current system and at his suggestion I asked for a salesman to meet with me. He was kind enough to get the salesman here the same day and I purchased a unit that they are installing now. It has been like clockwork, each piece of the puzzle coming together. David Nicholson was the HEP employee that did my electrical inspection today. He called ahead of time and gave me a time of arrival. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and was very professional and courteous . He explained what the inspection would cover and ask if I had any questions or concerns.
