Jordan, Brayden, and Kaleb just wrapped up the job at my place and I could not be more pleased. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond. My wife and I are building a house in Bulls Gap, and needed to hook up a pressure pump. I didn't realize what all would be needed, but they nailed it. They installed a pressure tank under the house and finished all of the piping and fittings. Because we don't have electric for our pump house, they got my generator running and made sure everything worked as it should. I won't use anybody else going forward. Thank you, guys! Y'all are awesome!

Step 2: Physical Inspection

Using a comprehensive checklist, technicians inspect:

  • Exterior housing for cracks, rust, or pest intrusion
  • Fuel lines and filters for leaks or blockages
  • Electrical wiring for insulation damage or loose terminals
  • Battery terminals for sulfation and secure connections

Step 3: Fluid Analysis and Replacement

Oil and coolant samples are extracted and sent to a laboratory when necessary. Results reveal early signs of internal wear or contamination. Based on findings, fluids are flushed and replaced with manufacturer-approved products.

Step 4: Functional Testing

With the generator running, HEP monitors:

  • Frequency and voltage stability
  • Exhaust temperature and pressure
  • Automatic transfer switch performance during simulated outages
