Ric was absolutely superb as an experienced electrician and simply as a professional. It is so rare to see exceptional customer service these days and Ric (as well as those who took calls) were extremely professional. Ric went out of his way...after hours at that..to complete a job. After I mentioned I wanted the maintenance plan (recommended by 2 of my neighbors), he went out and documented make and model of our HVAC Units for the future reference of those who may call. Exceptional. A friendly gentleman; I am relieved that I know our family has someone and a company we can depend on for so many things..

HEP installed our Trane unit a couple of years ago and were here yesterday to inspect the system as part of our agreement with them. The technician was very nice, called ahead, arrived on time, put disposable covers over his shoes before entering our home. He did a thorough job with the inspection and gave us hints on the filters we need to be using for most efficient operation. We have used them for electrical problems and for plumbing issues and have always been very satisfied with the work. I like that they answer the phone when you call as opposed to getting a recording. When they give you a range on the time that they will be coming, they always honor it. We first used them for an electrical emergency about three years ago and have had them back several times since and have always been happy with the service.

Hep has done a lot of things at our house...windows, doors, A/C, electrical...never disappointed with the service or quality of work!

HEP has been wonderful. I created an electrical problem which when I call HEP they sent out a tech who fixed it and then looked at my heating unit. I have known for sometime that the unit needed to be replaced. Doug was kind enough to evaluate the current system and at his suggestion I asked for a salesman to meet with me. He was kind enough to get the salesman here the same day and I purchased a unit that they are installing now. It has been like clockwork, each piece of the puzzle coming together. HEP you have a great team that knows how to work in sync. Thank you so much.

David Nicholson was the HEP employee that did my electrical inspection today. He called ahead of time and gave me a time of arrival. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and was very professional and courteous . He explained what the inspection would cover and ask if I had any questions or concerns. HEP should be proud to have such an awesome employee.

Jesse " outlaw" james saved the day at rent a wheel . Everything was down and he was out quickly and got everything back up and running . Quick , professional and great pricing . Highly recommend if you want it done right you should call and request this tech .

When matt& Alan came to the door, they were willing to service the customer. As the entire crew which were plumbing, electrical & remodeling. I will continue to be a loyal customer since 2006. The professional & respect shown to me was amazing. Hep is the place to go for a single woman.

Thank you to Jesse for making a terrible situation bearable. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help us get through weeks of NO heat or full power. He is now a friend for life. I would recommend HEP because of him! Ask for Jesse!!

Jessie the Electrician and David the plumber were amazing. David went out of his way to try and help me fix my problem. When there was no solution other than a new countertop he made sure I was taken care of. Chris came out and quickly helped me so that I can begin using my kitchen again.

Todd and Kenny stopped by today to do an HVAC checkup as part of my annual master agreement They were prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciate their advice and take it seriously. I will definitely continue to trust HEP with my homes HVAC, plumbing and electrical services
