MY HOME WAS BUILT IN 1961. WE HAD THE OLD CAST IRON PIPES. WE HEARD WATER RUNNING WHEN UPSTAIRS TOILET FLUSHED. CALLED HEP AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND FOUND SOME CRACKED PIPES. Hep gave me great service when I had the unit installed last year. I was completely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of work they did. Our heat bills have gone done by over $100 per month. Last week they came out for a yearly inspection. I signed up for the maintenance agreement when I purchased the new unit. They come out once a year and check to make sure I am getting the best possible heat and air for my home. While he was here I mentioned that my toilet was running on and off and he checked it for me and fixed it, no charge. I'm a happy camper!!
