I was very pleased with how the TECHNICIAN ALBERT PHILLIPS worked and that he was upfront about the price and he said that he would stay till it was cleared and he did , my cleanOUT is in ceiling so it was a very tough job but he didn't quit and he took the time to talk to me about how loyalty plan worked I've been loyalty member long time but never was explained to what options I had and things I could do to help be preventative with my pmi so again I will request you Everytime I use HEp ALBERT IS TRUE TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND THE SERVICE HE DOES FOR HEP!!

Here was here both days coming backbto install all new plumbing...he's extremely nice professional...knows what he's doing and fast at his job.. The two guys that came out with him were both nice as could be and worked hard too all of them did. I would easily recommend them to everyone. And the company...when there was some mix up in original order made every thing right and are greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!! The company is coming back next week and installing all new plumbing in this Old house...Ed was very nice and professional..he repaired the problem and was nice as could be!!!

I had looked up copper lines and found Epoxy blowing to stop pin hole leaks but Tn. Doesn’t do it Illinois does. Cause I did not want to spend thousands for pipe repair under house. But Kyler gave me the no interest plan for around two years of paying is the only way I could do it - Justin and Kyler are very nice And seem to know exactly what they are doing -God Bless Them . Today Oct 16-2020 Zach and Austin removed old copper plumbing under our house. Installed new efficient updated materials. They were very kind and efficient, I would recommend these two 100 percent to everyone 🙏👍 They checked and made sure water working everywhere before leaving 👍
