Todd was great. Spent alot of time trying to diagnose the problem. Found out it wasn't a plumbing problem. The problem was the dishwasher. He was very patient and went out of his way for an 85 year old woman. You don't find that to often today. Would definitely call again should my mom having plumbing issues in the future.

I moved to Knoxville almost two years ago and have used HEP for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs including replacement of my water service line and my entire plumbing system. The latest project was the replacement of my existing aged electric heat pump with a Trane split AC and gas heating unit. The final product was a five star installation; however, they had to come back to make some major final adjustments. Their employees are always courteous and professional.
