Are your plumbers fully qualified and insured?
Absolutely. Every engineer on our team is Gas Safe registered, holds City & Guilds plumbing qualifications (Level 2 or higher), and carries public liability insurance up to £5 million. We also conduct regular training and DBS checks to ensure safety and professionalism on every job.
What types of plumbing work can you handle?

Yes. Our emergency line is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once you call, we aim to have a qualified plumber on site anywhere in Manchester within 60 minutes. There is no call-out fee between 8 am and 6 pm; outside these hours a fixed emergency rate applies, which we’ll quote upfront before an engineer is dispatched.
How do you price your services, and will I get a written quote?
For planned work we offer free, no-obligation site surveys followed by a fixed written quote that details labour, parts and VAT—so there are no hidden extras. For smaller jobs we can often provide an estimate over the phone. Emergency call-outs are charged at an hourly rate with a one-hour minimum. All invoices are itemised and payable by card, bank transfer or cash.
Do you guarantee your workmanship and parts?
Yes. All labour is guaranteed for 12 months, and most parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 1–5 years. Should any issue related to our workmanship arise within the guarantee period, we’ll return free of charge to put it right. We also register boilers with the manufacturer to ensure your extended warranty is activated.
