FAQs
What makes your electrical services in Manchester “cut-edge”?
We continually invest in the latest tools, training, and certifications so our engineers can deliver innovations such as smart-home automation, app-controlled lighting, EV charger integration, battery storage and high-efficiency LED retro-fits. We also use thermal-imaging diagnostics, digital certifications and cloud-based project tracking to ensure faster fault-finding, total transparency and future-proof results for every client.
Do you cover the whole of Greater Manchester and how fast can you attend an emergency?
Yes. From the city centre to Salford, Stockport, Oldham, Bolton, Trafford and surrounding areas, our mobile teams cover the entire Greater Manchester region. We operate a 24/7 call-out line and aim to be on site within 60–90 minutes for critical power faults. All vans carry essential spares and test equipment so most issues are resolved in a single visit.
Are your electricians fully qualified and insured?
Absolutely. Every engineer is NICEIC-approved, City & Guilds qualified to the latest 18th Edition wiring regulations, DBS-checked and covered by £5 million public liability insurance. We also hold CHAS health & safety accreditation and are registered OZEV installers for EV chargers.
Can you install and certify electric vehicle (EV) charging points for homes and businesses?
Yes. We supply, install and commission single-phase home chargers (3.6 kW–7.4 kW) and three-phase commercial units up to 22 kW, integrate load-balancing to protect your existing supply and handle the full OZEV grant application where eligible. After commissioning, you receive an NICEIC electrical installation certificate and a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 5 years.
What sustainable or energy-saving solutions do you offer?
Our team designs and installs solar PV systems, battery storage, LED lighting upgrades, motion-sensor controls, and smart energy-management platforms. We provide detailed ROI calculations, carbon-saving projections and can integrate monitoring dashboards so you can track real-time consumption and savings.
How do your pricing and warranties work?
Site surveys and quotations are free and itemised. Small jobs are charged at transparent hourly rates; larger projects are priced on a fixed-cost basis. All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and most products we supply carry 3-10 year manufacturer warranties. Extended maintenance packages are available for EV chargers, smart-home systems and commercial installations.
