I have used HEP for my roofing needs. The employees are professional, courteous and straight shooters. I have also had my electrical, HVAC and plumbing system inspected by HEP. I would highly recommend this service.

Travis came out this afternoon and gave me a quote on a new roof and financing options. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I reccommend for fast and friendly service. Go VOLS!!

We called Hep for a leaking roof. They were quick to respond and when they came out took photos to show us what needed to be done. The mgr. who had come out to evaluate the job came back to ensure everything he told us was to be done would be done. He checked out the job and we felt secure knowing everything was checked on to have been done correctly and what wasn't was redone right. Would definately reccommend Hep for roof work.

Very satisfied with the quote appointment! I was given a text with live updates to the technicians arrival time and a phone call 30 min before arrival. Technician spent an hour going over the whole roof and in the attic to diagnose the leak. He gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it and answered all the questions I had. Charles Clark and Kelli Gottardo came when they said they were coming. They did what they said they would do to fix problems they found with the roof. These two fellows are skilled and efficient. Furthermore, they are very pleasant!

I was very pleased with the service thr HEP technician provided. He explained everything he did and future required fixes in great detail. We've used HEP for roof repair and HVAC services and have been very pleased with by the services provided. I would recommend to friends and family.

My air conditioner on my house is 12 years old so a yearly inspection is a must. thanks to mr cole for coming out and making sure my unit was still ok .. he did a great job inspecting and letting me know where i was standing with everything. it is hard to find a company also who is honest ,,does not rip you off and of course does the job the way it should be--RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. thanks so much guys,, you make a difference. i apologize - i cant get the option how to add another review so ill have to continue on this one ,, ,,,, for Mr Travis Colston.. you are a godsend. I am so confident moving forward with putting a new roof on my home. I cannot get over the fact how you guys give more than 100 percent making sure the work is done RIGHT as i said in the earlier paragraph. Your Roof Inspection was outstanding and professional ,, i have never felt better when faced with such a huge responsibility homeowners have -which one thing ,, eventually, is replacing your roof..... Frank Elmore and Shane Riedel came to give me an estimate on a roof leak. They took time to answer all my questions and were thorough as they analyzed the issues I had and gave me a fair estimate. The leak was more involved than I realized so I asked for a consultant to come out and give me a quote on an entire roof to compare the cost of repair versus entire roof. I thought it would be another day but they had Travis at my house within half an hour! They even stayed and waited to make the introductions. I decided to go with entire roof but Frank and Shane were great and very helpful!

I've had HEP remodel 2 bathrooms, put a new roof on my house, and fix my HVAC. I've had nothing but positive experiences in each case. They provided friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced services. They stand behind their work in my experience too. I had an item or two that wasn't quite right during the bathroom remodels and they came back out to fix them without any fuss. They're at the top of my list when I need something done around the house that I don't want to tackle myself.

Today at 9:46 AM The Technicians at Hep are very Professional, Efficient and ALWAYS so very courteous and polite. We have had the Hep technicians work on everything from our heating to plumbing and most recently our roof. The dedication and hard work of ALL the Hep Technicians proves that Hep is reliable and always completes a project in a timely manner.
